Benway`s Webcam Chatroom
A small friendly chatroom with webcams, run by Benway. (the guy who made the page you`re looking at)
This place is more about good conversation than anything, and only the cams of regular chatters are added to the site... so people hoping to walk in and get their cam added instantly may be disappointed.
An interesting feature is the rather funny Artifical Intelligence chat-bot that`s often found in the room, so if you`re looking for something a little different, and don`t want to be bothered by people asking you to take your clothes off, come pay a visit.
iFriends
This is very extensive site. Whatever you`re looking for in the way of webcams and chat, absolutely anything, you`ll find it here. There are catagories covering pretty much anything. From chat with friends, to adult voyeur cams... if you can imagine it, chances are you`ll find it here. Take a look.
Camarades
Anyone who's watched Benway`s webcam may be familiar with this site. What you get is as many webcams as you can handle, separated into various communities. Many of the cam pages have chatrooms or facilities to contact the people on ICQ. Benway has spoken to many an interesting character while browsing this site. The software to display your own cam is pretty straightforward, and allows you to customise not only the features on your page, but also the whole look of the page.

This site is a little different to Camarades in that not only can you view a large number of webcams, but it also features voicechat rooms. Ummm... there's an 'unmoderated' section here too. The framerate of the cams here is fairly poor, unless you buy into the commercial service, though the software to display your own cam is free.
CitizenX
Hmm... this one's interesting. You have to sign up before you can view many of the cams, but it's free, so go for it. There's also text and voice chat. Benway only checked this one out briefly, but it looks impressive.
ANYwebcam
A fairly straightforward webcam community site. You have to sign up to view the cams, and the site is VERY heavy on java, so you`ll need a fair ammount of memory, and patience. The software for displaying your own webcam is very good, allowing you to display in either general, adult, or private areas. There are several public chatrooms, and also audio chat. Most of the cams here are found in the adult area, and parents should most deffinately avoid allowing their children to view this site.
EarthCam
Not so much a webcam community, as a very extensive portal. Impressive.

Yahoo Messenger
Okay... this program is awsome. Let me say that again to make sure you understand me... THIS PROGRAM IS AWSOME!!! It has instant messenger features like ICQ and AOL IM, text and voice chatrooms.. some set up by Yahoo, others created by users, you can do private audio chat, view user profiles... blah blah blah. I could go on all day. Just get the thing, you won`t regret it. Now includes the new webcam feature. This is really going to take off.
Paltalk Audio and Video Chat
Very similar to Yahoo Messenger and very quick to download too. Get this, you`ll love it. Nuff said.

NetMeeting
Okay... you already have this. Did you know that? It comes with Windoze, but this is the latest version. It has a highly improved interface over the last version... so now I only hate it. Horrible... truly horrible. The thing is.. when you can make it work, the audio and video are really pretty impressive, good frame update even on a slow connection. It`s just making it work that`s the problem.
Eyeball
Not tested by Benway Free video conferencing software. Has won a few awards, and should certainly be worth a look.

iVisit
Not tested by Benway Free video conferencing. Features public chatrooms in different catagories, with the added benefit of a video option.

OnlineCall
Not Tested by Benway Much as iVisit, but with a lot of extra features.
