nice instruments, and good rhythms.

What you may and may not do with Benway's tunes.
You may:
Share them on peer to peer file sharing systems such as limewire, kazaa and whatever else you may choose to use, provided that you do not alter the tags, or at the very least, that you don't alter the name of the artist. (In truth, you are encouraged to share the tunes in this manner.)
Host them on your own server provided they are credited to Benway.
Play them on non-commercial internet or broadcast radio or tv, or in clubs, provided that they are credited to Benway.
Include them in non-profit making videos, (though absolutely not in "adult" videos) such as educational, training, gaming, or any other non-commercial video, provided that they are credited to Benway. A simple mention in closing credits would be fine. Providing the url of this website would be even better.
Include them in freeware (not shareware or commercial) games, as backing tracks.
Benway would be grateful if anyone using his tunes in their own non-commercial projects would inform him of this, as a simple courtesy, especially if they have a url where he could see what they have created.
You may not:
Credit them to anyone other than the original artist, ie Benway.
Distribute them in any way that creates cash profit for anyone other than the original artist, Benway, without his expressed agreement.
Modify them in any way. So, no remixes. (Fade in and fade out for the purpose of fitting with video footage is acceptable.)
Include them in any video, game, or other material that is profane, promotes hatred of any kind, or is in any way derogatory or likely to cause offense to Benway himself, or any other person.
To put that all very simply, Benway is happy to share his music with the world, completely free of charge, but does not want others to profit from his work, claiming credit where it isn't due, or distorting the original feel or message of the tunes with dodgy remixes that completely miss the point.
Anyone wishing to use these tunes for commercial purposes should contact Benway directly so that terms can be agreed.
