Friendly, Intelligent and Fun Internet Chat

Despite what the title might suggest, there aren`t really any age restrictions in this chatroom. It`s all about a frame of mind.
This is a place for people to hold intelligent and fun conversations, without the annyoyance of dissruptive characters spoiling their chatting pleasure.
It`s NOT a pickup room, and guys who`re just looking to pick up women, or vise versa, soon find themselves made unwelcome. It`s about making friends.

There`s a very strong sense of what is and isn`t acceptable here, all of which is covered in the chatroom rules and guidelines.
What this means is, the chatters here are able to spend time getting to know each other, and form real friendships. It`s about having a home on the net, where you know you`re in good company, and don`t have to suffer the typical ignorant type of chatter that spoils so many chatrooms.
Does that make us eliteist snobs? Only as far as chatting goes. The backgrounds of the chatters here are very varied, and social standing is irrelivant, we just take pride in our ability to behave in a civilised manner, while having a lot of fun.
