Flash is used to run your cam and audio, which is so no software downloads are required, though there is some fairly obtrusive advertising, and the webpage resizes itself automatically, which won't be to everyone's liking. Free access lasts for around 20 minutes, after which you're required to either buy membership, or wait for 15 minutes before you can join for free again. Content on the cams is frequently of an adult nature, and frequently male, to put it politely. |
There's heavy use of java and you'll need the latest java plugin from Java.com to make it work. The unmoderated area features pretty much nothing but adult content. The site uses java, so you'll need the sun java plugin for your browser, but that aside, this is a very easy cam community site to use. |
The basic software to watch the webcams is completely free, while to join in with chats, you're required to pay a small fee for the upgraded version. A couple of other features that set this community apart from the others is the ability to make cash running your cam, without having to take "requests". You can do whatever suits you, and you get paid commission if one of your viewers upgrades to the paid software, so they can chat with you. Also, the way the chat area is run is most refreshing, in that abusive chatters can be voted out, and banned from the chat. |
The site uses an active-X plugin to access your cam and mic, which works very nicely and saves on complicated software installation. A very impressive site with plenty of users to meet and make friends with. |
